Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluator

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluator to join our dynamic Long Island team! The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical development and needs of pediatric patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support each child's unique journey. 

 
Responsibilities 

• Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations in our early intervention program   

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings   

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members   

• Document evaluation results and treatment progress accurately and timely   

• Stay current with pediatric physical therapy best practices and standards   

• Educate families on exercises, therapies, and strategies to support their child's development 

Compensation 
$150-$160 per evaluation 

 
Qualifications 

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university program. 

• New York State Physical Therapy Licensure 

• Pediatric evaluation experience preferred  

• Strong assessment and communication skills   

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitude   

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate family needs
