Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our patients to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, promoting optimal recovery and rehabilitation. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions

• Implement and modify therapy plans as needed to ensure effective patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and preventative measures

• Participate in in-service training and professional development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy

• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist

• Possession of a current state Physical Therapy license

• Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
