PT Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts

• Current BLS certification

• Rehab or long-term care experience preferred; new graduates are welcome

• Strong communication, teaching, and clinical problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans

• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility interventions

• Assess and support use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommending adjustments as needed

• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
