Livingston Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time or Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team in Hudson!

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides services to residents including assessment support, treatment implementation, program planning, documentation, and communication with the interdisciplinary care team to help foster the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification in good standing with the State Board
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
