Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child, 11 years old, in Acton. Due to a language education for my child, we are looking for a person who can speak Korean language and shares Korean ethnicity. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who does not smoke. The pay starts at 20 dollars per hour and can increase. School pick up and rides to activities are expected.
