Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a warm, reliable nanny/house manager for our family of 4 kids, M-F 8-5. Mon/Tue: care for our 2yo, then 2:30 carpool pickup for older kids. Wed-Fri: morning school drop-offs, then home with 2yo for lunch/nap 11:30-2:30, then carpool pickup. During school hours: prep dinner for kids 2-3x/week, run errands (UPS returns, etc.), and keep kids closets organized. Must have reliable car, valid license, clean driving record, and childcare experience. CPR certified a plus. Comfortable with dogs (we have one!). Looking for someone patient, proactive, and great with a busy, active household. References required.
