Integrity Infrastructure is seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of utility construction projects.
The Construction Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day construction operations. This position works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, customers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Requirements:Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities between project management, field crews, vendors, and customers.
- Assist with project startup, permitting, utility locates, and work order processing.
- Track production quantities, labor hours, equipment use, and project progress.
- Maintain project documentation, files, contracts, and customer deliverables.
- Support scheduling of crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
- Help prepare and submit customer reports, invoices, change orders, and closeout packages.
- Monitor project budgets, job costs, and production tracking reports.
- Maintain communication with field personnel regarding project updates, schedule changes, and customer requirements.
- Assist in resolving operational issues that impact project schedules or productivity.
- Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, quality control reviews, and project acceptance activities.
- Participate in project meetings and assist with action-item follow-up.
QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of experience in construction, utility construction, telecommunications, or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
