Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for our 3mo daughter to care for in our home on the Far Eastside of Indianapolis. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with cats, and who is CPR certified. We need someone who could be available 9am-5 p.m. Mon thru Fri. However, our ideal person would be someone who would be okay with less hours if they are not needed, as our schedules can just be hard to predict in advance and flexibility would be amazing though not necessary.
