• Empower Mobility: Design and implement customized PT treatment plans that enhance strength, balance, and independence.

• Deliver Results: Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based therapy focused on gait training, fall prevention, and pain reduction.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with OTs, SLPs, nurses, and physicians to create unified, outcome-driven care plans.

• Drive Progress: Document through our user-friendly EMR, educate families, and celebrate each step forward with your patients.

• Weekly Direct Deposit: Consistent and timely payment.

Qualifications:

• Current NY State Physical Therapist license

• Active CPR/BLS Certification
