As a DPT on our team, you will:

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine therapy needs
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
• Perform initial evaluations for newly referred patients
• Provide ongoing re-evaluations and adjust care plans as needed
• Supervise and train PTAs and other support staff
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy services
• Participate in professional meetings and team collaboration

You’ll have the autonomy to use your clinical judgment while being supported by an experienced and skilled team.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and independent judgment
• A compassionate, patient-centered mindset
