Nanny Needed

We have 2 young boys ages 1. 5 and 3. 5 years old and they are very sweet and smart and playful. I currently have a nanny who watches them full time but I am looking to split that time with another caregiver in hopes they are able to cover full time when my current sitter takes vacations or needs time off. Located in Dearborn by the hill, can be in home but I work from home often and its better if they can get out during the day for activities and a change of scenery.
