BrightStar Care is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care to patients in The Colony.

????️‍⚕️ Responsibilities May Include:

•  Skilled nursing visits 
•  Medication administration 
•  Wound care 
•  Assessments and documentation 
•  Patient and family education 
•  Coordination with physicians and care teams 
• Trach, G-Tube, and Hoyer lift
• 12 hr days
• 100 hrs trach

✔️ Qualifications:

•  Current Texas RN license 
•  Current CPR certification 
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
•  Current auto insurance 
•  Home health or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
