RN - PCU

Location: Arizona 85351
Pay: $2,108 – $2,365/week
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Floating: Required between Boswell (primary) and Del Webb campuses as needed

• Provide direct patient care to PCU/step-down/telemetry patients in a hospital setting

• Monitor, assess, and manage patients with complex and acute conditions

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders

• Interpret telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient status

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and protocols

• Adapt to floating between assigned campuses as needed

• Active RN License (Arizona or compact state – Required)

• Experience in PCU, step-down, or telemetry nursing preferred

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment and float between campuses

• Dress Code: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket
