This is a Part-Time to Full Time position!

Responsibilities 
  • Provide Individual and Group Supervision
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff and advisory boards
  • Oversee training and development of new and existing staff
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff in regards to scheduling and treatment plans
  • Will also carry a caseload weekly
  • Complete progress notes and approve supervisees progress notes, Assessments, Treatment Plans, and other medical records 
  • As a leader, provide mental health trainings, and other trainings related for the development of staff
  • Maintain a positive and productive team culture by providing clear direction, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring adherence to company policies and expectations. 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is preferred
  • The required licensing/certification to perform this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations
  • Demonstrate ability to manage others, including handling scheduling and problem-solving
