RegalCare at Courtyard  is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN MDS Coordinator to join our team full time, for a 40 hr position . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in MDS coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the MDS process to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary assessments and care plans.

Qualifications:

• Must have current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven experience with MDS coordination in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• This is an onsite position only
