Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate nursing care for high-quality patient outcomes.

  • Manage patient care plans, documentation, and care coordination.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven performance metrics.

  • Oversee clinical workflows to ensure adherence to protocols and regulations.

  • Mentor and develop junior nurses to improve clinical skills.

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.

  • Ensure on-site compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards.

  • Maintain accurate records for regulatory audits and internal reporting.

  • Approve and monitor care pipelines to forecast staffing and capacity needs.

  • Provide patient and family education to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

  • Utilize nursing leadership skills to influence positive change and efficiency.

  • Participate in performance reviews and contribute to merit-based advancement.


Experience/Qualifications

  • RN RN, Nurse Lead- current licensure in state with no disciplinary actions.

  • Lead and coordinate patient care plans with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong data-driven approach: track metrics, dashboards, and quality improvement.

  • Experience ensuring regulatory compliance, infection control, and safety standards.

  • Proven ability to mentor junior nurses and develop talent.

  • On-site staff forecasting and capacity planning using care pipelines.

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient outcomes.

  • Accurate documentation and records for audits and internal reporting.

  • Patient and family education to improve engagement and satisfaction.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence change and efficiency.
