Senior Appliance Repair Technician
Earn $25–$60/hr equivalent based on completed jobs and performance (paid per job — your efficiency = higher earnings).
$2,000 Signing Bonus • No Upselling • Paid Holidays • PTO • Annual Bonus • Work Vehicle Provided


We provide the steady jobs, parts, and support — you focus on quality repairs and great customer service. Flexible scheduling available Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional weekends based on business needs.

Job requirements:

• Complete Appliance Repairs with the highest standards
• Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly to and from customer locations
• Attend annual trainings
• Achieve your annual labor goal
• Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards 
• Complete all required Training Certification and OEM/brand technician training 
• Update work order status in a timely manner  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an appliance repair technician, including sealed system proficiency 
• EPA (refrigerant handling) certification is required 
• Ability to use basic hand tools and industry diagnostic and repair equipment (Volt-ohm meter, Amprobe, CO detector, etc.) 
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with 5-10 years of driving experience 
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in the customers’ homes 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if necessary)
• High school diploma or GED 
• Proficient in ServiceDesk or similar reporting systems
