• Build relationships with hospitals, community organizations, and referral sources to increase visibility.
• Guide prospective residents and their families through the admissions process with compassion and professionalism.
• Coordinate tours and provide detailed information about our services and amenities.
• Collaborate with our team to maintain accurate census records and meet occupancy goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families, residents, and referral sources.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative marketing strategies.
