RN - PACU

Location: Arizona 85713
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Shift Type: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday with varying days off)
Call: 5–6 call shifts per 4-week schedule
Contract: 13 week assignment

• Provide nursing care for patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and pre-op areas

• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia in a fast-paced environment

• Manage airway, vital signs, pain control, and post-operative complications

• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure safe patient transitions from pre-op to PACU and discharge readiness

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and standards

• Active RN License (Arizona or compact state – Required)

• Minimum 2 years PACU experience (Required)

• Previous travel nursing experience (Required)

• Ability to work in both pre-op and PACU settings

• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills

• Dress Code: Hospital-issued scrubs and hospital-issued jacket or gown
