Caring Heart Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in beautiful Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Staffing/ HR Assistant.

This is a full-time in person position.

This position pays Up to $25 per hour based upon experience.

Preferably to have 1 year of Staffing experience in a skilled nursing facility and/or medical setting, and experience with audits and reporting. 

 Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Director with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.

• Maintain employee records and assist with the scheduling functions of the facility.

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.

• The Staffing Assistant/HR Assistant will assist the Director in performing orientations, update records of new and current staff, and work with new staff on master schedules.

• Daily Staffing reporting.

• Daily Recruitment reporting.

·         The Assistant is responsible for ensuring the company’s labor requirement and PPD are met and that staffing reports are completed timely. 

·         The Assistant is responsible for monitoring overtime, open shifts and working with the nursing management team reviewing the daily, weekly, monthly schedule
