Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of clinical activities.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care or clinical management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
