Position: RN Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision for your assigned unit
• Review and maintain resident records with accuracy and care
• Monitor overall resident care and uphold high standards of clinical excellence
• Address questions and concerns from residents and families with professionalism and empathy
• Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for resident care
