Position: RN Supervisor
Location: Uniondale, NY
Schedule: Part-Time | Weekends (7:00 AM–7:00 PM & 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $55/hour

Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our weekend leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and guiding clinical staff.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily nursing operations

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Maintain adherence to all state and federal regulations governing long-term care

• Lead by example to promote excellence in clinical care and resident satisfaction

• Conduct routine rounds to monitor staff performance, address concerns, and reinforce best practices

• Assist in preparing for and participating in Department of Health surveys and audits

• Ensure accurate documentation and proper communication across all shifts

• Active, unrestricted RN license in New York State

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
