Your expertise will help shape our innovative approach to pain management and neurological health.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pain management and neurology departments.
• Supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff on pain management techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain quality assurance.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, Management or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pain management or neurology.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience working in the procedure room/OR setting
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
