Ford of Pleasanton is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our accounting team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring every vehicle transaction is processed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork.
• Ensure all documentation complies with Texas DMV requirements and lender guidelines.
• Process new and used vehicle titles, dealer trades, wholesales, and out-of-state transactions.
• Process title transfers, liens, duplicate titles, and corrected titles.
• Monitor outstanding title work and follow up on missing documentation.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, county tax offices, and dealership personnel regarding title status.
• Assist with vehicle registration, license plates, temporary tags, and related paperwork.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership title clerk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Texas title and registration procedures.
• Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
