Shifts Available: Day Shift or Night Shift
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Every Other Weekend Required

Position Summary
The RN/LPN provides direct nursing care to residents while supporting a positive, teamfocused environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and experienced in a healthcare or longterm care setting. Both day and night shifts are available, with an everyotherweekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities
For Both RN & LPN Roles
•     Deliver residentcentered nursing care with professionalism and empathy.
•     Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
•     Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate promptly with the care team.
•     Maintain thorough and timely documentation.
•     Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
•     Participate in shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care.
•     Uphold infection control, safety standards, and facility policies.
Additional RN Responsibilities
•     Complete assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
•     Provide clinical oversight to LPNs and CNAs.
•     Communicate with physicians, families, and leadership regarding resident status.

Qualifications
•     Active Arkansas RN or LPN license in good standing.
•     Experience in skilled nursing, longterm care, or healthcare setting preferred.
•     Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•     Compassionate, reliable, and committed to residentcentered care.
•     Ability to work assigned shift and everyotherweekend rotation.
