RN Lead Skilled Nurse

NewAldaya is seeking RN Lead Skilled Nurses to join our team.  The Skilled Lead Nurse work closely with patients/residents, hospitals, physicians, families and:

• Complete Daily skilled assessments

• Assist in the Medication pass

• Treatments and IVs

• Note orders

• Process Admissions and discharges

• Provide supervision and direction to staff

• Assist with staffing emergencies

These jobs will have set schedules and have a regular holiday rotation.

Full time scheduled 5  - 12 hour shifts(60 hours a pay period) in 2 weeks - 6:30p to 7am (NO WEEKENDS)

Part time Every other weekend 6:30a to 7p 2 days 24 hours in a 2 week pay period or could hold both weekend positons

• Qualified Candidates need

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) - licensed to work in Iowa

  • Must have strong leadership and supervisory skills

  • Experience working with post acute and/or rehab experience/dementia training preferred

  • Experience with PCC a plus
