Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support people operations and HR activities across multiple locations. In this role, you will help deliver a positive employee experience, maintain accurate HR processes, and partner with leaders to support day-to-day workforce needs.
Candidate must be a Wyoming resident and ideally local to one of the following areas: Jackson, Evaston, Mountain View, or Rock Springs.
Responsibilities
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes in employment status, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Partner with managers to support performance management, coaching, and employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems and related documentation.
- Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping review, and data validation as needed.
- Support compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regional HR requirements.
- Help coordinate training, engagement initiatives, and other people programs that strengthen culture.
- Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and assist with audits or internal reviews.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts within People Operations.
- Wyoming resident; local candidate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR generalist, people operations, or employee support roles.
- Working knowledge of employment practices, HR policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple sites, regions, or jurisdictions is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
