Job Summary:

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team! As a key member of our weekend shift, you'll oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our patients. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekend shifts, providing guidance and support as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and address concerns in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive change within the organization

• Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion among team members

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New York

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
