About the Role:

As an ADON Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. You will work closely with our experienced administrator, Phillip, to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations of the nursing department

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimal patient care

• Collaborate with medical staff to provide quality patient care and education

• Coordinate and participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient safety and satisfaction

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment for our nursing staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• RN certification in OH

• ADON/UM experience preferred in LTC/SNF

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and service
