As a RN Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor at Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Our facility is a 120-bed rehabilitation and nursing center located in Bradenton, Florida, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to lead our weekend shift team.

About the RN Weekend Supervisor Role:

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing team on weekends, providing comprehensive patient care, and ensuring that our facility's standards of excellence are met. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in maintaining our high-quality care and achieving exceptional patient outcomes. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing other medical procedures

• Supervise and direct a team of nursing professionals, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care

RN Weekend Supervisor Requirements:

• Prior experience in long term care

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
