Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Flexible availability for on-call work and emergency repairs.
