We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance best practices and foster a culture of excellence

• Provide mentorship and support to new employees, promoting a culture of growth and development

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment
