EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be an RN graduate of a state approved school of Nursing. He/ She must hold a current and active license in the state of NC. He/she is collecting data for quality improvement and assessing resident needs. He/she has the ability to work independently but has the wisdom to seek assistance as indicated. Possess effective documentation and communication skills. He/she is knowledgeable in regard to federal and state regulations relating to long-term care. This is a working position that provides / assists with direct resident care. On-call rotation required.
