Job Summary:

The Human Resources Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources professional to join our team. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall mission and goals of Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Hiring: Source, screen, and select top talent to fill open positions, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness programs.
• Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as maintain accurate records and reports.
