About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse on our Night Shift, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds

• Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional outcomes

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records, documenting patient progress, and communicating with healthcare providers

• Adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures to protect patients and staff

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas

• Current CPR certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Experience working in a rehabilitative care setting (Preferred)
