Regional Clinical Director Assisted Living - Ohio

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Clinical Director - Assisted Living to support our Ohio region. The selected candidate will be a key addition to our expanding Regional Leadership Team and will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Regional Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple Assisted Living communities.
• Partner with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Care Teams to ensure high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support on‑site clinical teams in infection control, clinical standards, and best practices.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clinical policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine site visits, audits, and assessments to evaluate clinical performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate clinical training programs to strengthen competencies and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to maintain alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to strategies that enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior multi-site or regional clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing is preferred.
• Proven clinical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio state regulations for Assisted Living and related care settings is required.
• A people-first leader with a strong commitment to fostering a positive team culture, mentoring staff, and promoting quality care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to travel within the Ohio area (up to 70%).
