RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) – Shifts:

(6 PM – 6 AM or 6 AM - 6 PM)

8 hour shifts available as well, plus weekend warrior (Baylor program)

RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Oversee and support direct care staff to ensure high-quality resident care

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and other delegated tasks

• Provide direct patient care when needed

• Manage the medication cart in appropriate situations

Qualifications

• Active RN license or Graduate Nurse Permit in Pennsylvania

• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or rehabilitative facility experience (required)

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
