We are seeking a motivated Outreach and Marketing Specialist to help grow the organization by building relationships, increasing community awareness, and bringing in new clients for our programs and services.

Job Description
The Outreach and Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting the organization’s services, generating referrals, and bringing in clients for the organization. This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and enrollment support to increase participation in programs such as Substance Abuse Treatment, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and Mental & Therapeutic Support (MTS). Compensation is performance-based and tied to client intake, successful enrollments, and measurable results. The position also offers flexible hours based on outreach activities and scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies to promote the organization’s behavioral health services and attract new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community organizations, healthcare providers, and partners to generate consistent client referrals.
• Actively identify, engage, and recruit eligible individuals for programs such as Substance Abuse Treatment, PRP, and MTS services.
• Support and coordinate client intake processes, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and successful program enrollment.
• Follow up with prospective and enrolled clients to encourage continued participation and improve retention in services.
• Represent the organization at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, referrals, client intakes, and enrollments to track performance and results. 
• Work collaboratively with counselors, case managers, and clinical staff to ensure clients are connected to the right services and supported throughout the enrollment process.

 Pay will be Commission Based - Pay will be discussed during interview
