Job Summary
At Art of Drawers, the Kitchen Desgin Consultants are the lifeblood of the company. They turn the frustrations and problems our clients have with their living spaces into a beautiful enjoyment of their homes.

• Pay Range: Listed pay of $80 to $120 per hour
• Bonus Structure: Monthly bonus based upon revenue per appointment
• Flexible Schedule: Set your schedule (e.g., I'm available Tuesdays - Thursdays)

Responsibilities 

• Convert leads to clients by conducting in-home design appointments with company-provided and self-generated client leads.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members and upload leads, orders, estimates, designs, and photos promptly.
• Provide a platinum level of service and grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills.
• Friendly, goal-oriented, and driven nature.
• Have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable transportation.
