We are seeking a talented and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing team at our facility in Sunbury, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated nursing professionals, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration

• Patient Care: Monitor and improve patient outcomes, ensuring that each individual receives compassionate and individualized care

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures

• Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff efficiency

• Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare partners, ensuring open and transparent communication

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience

• Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
