RN - Preadmission

Contract Dates: 05/04/2026 – 08/01/2026
Location: Arizona 85006
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• 10.5-hour shifts

• Weekends, holidays, and on-call required

• Conduct preadmission assessments and patient interviews

• Review medical history, medications, and readiness for procedures

• Coordinate with providers to ensure pre-procedure requirements are met

• Educate patients on preoperative instructions and expectations

• Document and communicate patient information accurately

• Active RN license

• Relevant clinical nursing experience

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Prior preadmission, pre-op, or outpatient surgical experience
