About the Role:

As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

• Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

• Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and education to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Clinical Operations: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records and reports.

• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient outcomes and facility performance.

Requirements:
