Valley View Manor is looking to hire Registered Nurse candidates to become a part of our team! We are offering flexible hours, with 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts available!!

The Registered Nurse’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines

• Supervising CNAs

• Medication administration • Wound and treatment care

• Provide general nursing care to patients following the facility’s nursing policy and procedure

• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review

Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse

• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy

• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
