Experienced Home Healthcare Recruiter

Care Team is looking for an experienced Home Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The Ideal candidate has a proven track record of recruiting and hiring of caregivers for home care or home health agencies and is passionate about building a strong, reliable workforce. Responsibilities:

• Recruit, pre-screen and convert prospects to applicants to include HHA's, CNA's, RN's and LPN's
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, networking and utilizing acquired marketing lists.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.
• Build relationships with candidates to create positive recruitment experience and future pipelines.
• Coach applicants through the onboarding process
• Work closely with teams to meet the staffing goals
• Assist management with recruitment ad plans and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Home Healthcare recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting Caregivers and Nursing personnel in a Home Care setting.
• Strong knowledge of Home Healthcare staffing and AHCA compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed and Zip Recruiter and company website.
• Ability to multitask multiple open positions for multiple office locations and meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
