The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations at a high-volume, successful Culver's franchise, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant functioning within a medium-sized chain environment. This role involves direct management of team members, working closely with an independent franchisee to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. The focus is on operational management with significant customer interaction and delivering a great dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant staff to maintain performance standards
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
• Conduct staff training to uphold quality and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management

• Certified in Food Safety with ServSafe
