Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Our Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Retail Sales Manager. This individual will work directly with our retail customers at the registers or by answering the phone. He or she will be polite and respectable in offering excellent customer service.

** Candidate must be R.A.M.P certified prior to starting date. **

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate person
• A pleasant personality on the phone and in person
• Ring up retail customer sales
• Assist Customers to find the products that they are looking for.
• Light office duties
• Cleaning and keeping things neat and organized
• Promptness is mandatory
• 28 hours per week
• Must be available days, nights & weekends
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Fast paced/multitasking environment
• Computer knowledge a plus
