Sander/Finisher

We manufacture synthetic teak decking for marine applications. It it produced and fabricated in Ohio. We sell all over the world and have several accounts with boat manufacturers.

Entry level is finish sanding. Responsibilities include:

• Sanding and blending grain into soft plastic
• Easing machined edges for more natural look
• Applying PSA for easy installation
• Packaging for shipment

Skills needed include:

• Attention to detail in quality of work as well as keeping custom jobs together
• Comfortable use of hand tool such as cordless drill and electric file
• Read a tape measure

The shift is 7:00am to 3:30pm. Currently we are open to some overtime after training.
