Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking care for my mother while she recovers from being in the hospital. She can walk on her own with a walker but needs to be monitored. She needs help with medication prompting and for basic meals to be made/heated up for her (her diet is limited). Someone to be near the shower when she takes a shower in case she needs help but is pretty independent using the shower chair. If she is feeling really sick, she may need some help toileting. Also bringing ice packs/blankets/snacks etc to her. I work from home so would be upstairs, my mom and caregiver would be on the 1st floor which has a nice living room, kitchen, and full large bathroom.
