Nanny Needed For My Children

I am currently 7 months pregnant with my 3rd boy and have been a stay at home mom since my 2nd was born. He will be 2 in September and we are looking for someone who would be willing to spend time with him a couple of days a week and the occasional date night. We would love to extend this person to caring for both the toddler and newborn once the baby has arrived. The dates and schedule are flexible when starting, but once started would like them to remain consistent. We are hoping to find someone who can truly become part of the family and could stay long term. We prefer someone who is bilingual and is willing to help with naps and meals/snacks for the toddler.
